Francis is a lawyer and a member of the Québec Bar. Before founding Exeo, he worked for one of the leading business immigration firms in Hong Kong. There, he helped hundreds of individuals immigrate to Canada and the United States. Working for one of the most important immigration law firms in Canada, he then assisted many companies to regularize the status of their foreign workers.

In addition to representing those clients, Francis gave many conferences across Asia and Europe on Canadian and American business immigration programs.

Francis began his career with two of Canada’s biggest law firms. He holds law degrees from the University of Montreal and Université Paris-1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and political science from the University of Montreal.

Marc-André Séguin

Marc-André has been practising law in the immigrant investor industry since 2010, and has published a widely read Handbook on the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program.

Spending over a third of each year travelling the world to promote programs of the industry, he has personally developed business relations with industry professionals in over 20 countries and is a respected and frequent speaker on Canadian investment immigration issues.

Marc-André is an attorney licensed in Quebec (Canada) and in New York State (USA). He graduated from McGill University Law School, with degrees in both civil law (B.C.L.) and common law (LL.B.). He also holds a masters (LL.M.) in Asian Legal Studies from the National University of Singapore.

Marc-André is fluent in English, French and Spanish and is currently learning Chinese.

Ms. Laurence C. Trempe is a lawyer and member of the Quebec Bar. From 2002 to 2008, she worked for the Federal Public Service, in collaboration with different departments. In 2009, she left the Federal Public Service to join legal private practice specialized in business immigration and international mobility, as well as international sport law.

Over the years, through her combined public-private work experience, she acquired a wide and extensive expertise in her domain, representing companies of different scale (small to multinational) as well as individuals with their international mobility needs. She currently works with a Canadian and international clientele, assisting with their development and establishment in Canada.

After graduating from University of Montreal in 2004 with a law degree (LL.B.), Ms. Trempe completed a multidisciplinary program in Asian studies and international politics.

Senior Immigration Paralegal specializing in Business Immigration since 2006. Over 15 years of experience in immigration, including Canadian, US, and International matters. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish. Previously worked for the Immigration Section of the Embassy of Canada to Guatemala and pursued postgraduate studies in International Relations.
